1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) hc777 account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hc777 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. hc777 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

hc777 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact hc777 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

hc777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to provide a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC, proof of payment method, and any additional documentation required to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Payments

hc777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All PKR deposit methods process at face value with no currency conversion applied by hc777.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. hc777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit deemed to originate from a third-party source and to apply account restrictions pending investigation.

hc777 applies industry-standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence requirements, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from hc777 accounts are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. hc777 processes the majority of mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed to the wallet address specified by the player and typically complete within 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

hc777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where KYC has not been completed, or where the source of funds requires verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where both real-money funds and bonus funds are present in an account, real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

hc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal, or systematic exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any hc777 content without express written authorisation from hc777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hc777 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

hc777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hc777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
